Ingredients

4 Boiled potatoes
1.5 cup Sabudana, soaked overnight 
4-5 Chillies chopped finely 
1 inch Ginger chopped 
3/4th Coriander finely chopped 
1 teaspoon Garam masala 
1 teaspoon Red chili powder
Salt to taste 
Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. Soak sabudana overnight. Press in between fingers to check it is soft. Set it aside.
  2. Combine mashed potatoes and sabudana in a bowl.
  3. Add cilantro leaves and spices and mix until it forms a soft dough. If the dough feels sticky add a tablespoon of Kuttu flour ( buckwheat flour) and mix until well blended.
  4. Divide and shape the dough like small balls.
  5. Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan.
  6. Form balls of the mixture and fry till golden brown.
  7. Serve with green chutney or as it is.
